Two Northwest Airlines pilots missed their destination by some 150 miles after allegedly falling asleep in the cockpit. In their defense, the in-flight movie was “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.”

On Saturday President Obama signed a proclamation declaring swine flu a national emergency. The government then used their emergency powers to quarantine Rush Limbaugh.

A new study suggests that emergency rooms would be more efficient if they were run by applying Toyota’s management philosophy. This contrasts to the current US health care system, which is run by applying GM’s management philosophy.

Top Story! Weekly Report for the Week Ending Sunday, October 18, 2009

California’s First Lady Maria Shriver apologized Wednesday for talking on her cell phone while driving. The incident is officially the 1,872nd worst thing that’s happened to a Kennedy in a car.

President Obama announced that he wants to send checks for 250 dollars to over 57 million American seniors. It’s all part of Obama’s plan to stimulate the ribbon candy industry.

Hillary Clinton stated that whoever wins Afghanistan’s next election needed to build better relationships with the US, the army and the Afghan people. Afghani officials expressed surprise that they were expected to take advice about relationships from Hillary Clinton.
