On Friday, the House passed a defense bill with an amendment that would overturn the military’s policy of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.” Instead, “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” will be the policy used when confirming Supreme Court Justices.

A Mass was held Wednesday celebrating the appointment of Mexican native Jose Gomez as the new Archbishop of Los Angeles. During the Mass, Gomez gave thanks that he was not appointed the Archbishop of Arizona.

A terrorist group attempted an attack on Tuesday in the northern Gaza Strip by blowing up a donkey. Meanwhile, several similar incidents happened in Mexico, except without the word “up.”

Top Story! Weekly is very excited to have been invited to participate in the 8th Annual Los Angeles Improv Comedy Festival, at iO West from June 7 to June 12!!!

We’ll be competing in the Sketch Cagematch. Our first show is Monday, June 7 at 11pm. We’ll be up against the very talented gentlemen of Moon County, so we’ll need a lot of support to move on to the next round - so please come check out the show! According to a new study, BP refineries are responsible for the most safety violations in the United States. The study also shows that 80’s pop group Men Without Hats is responsible for the most safety dancing in the United States.

A hooded man broke into the Paris Museum of Modern Art last Wednesday and stole five paintings worth nearly 613 million dollars. French authorities are telling citizens that if they come across the thief, they should immediately surrender to him.

Italian police have charged several pizza places in Naples with starting fires in their ovens by using wood from coffins. In their defense, the restaurants point out that the same practice has been used for years while making Tombstone pizzas.
